Ingredients
- 100 g bean sprouts
- 250 g Chinese noodles
Seasoning
- Soy sauce
- Sea salt
Method
- Heat a wok, add a little oil, and stir-fry the bean sprouts lightly. Remove and set aside.
- Add the noodles, stir-fry until hot.
- Season with soy sauce and sea salt.
- Return the bean sprouts to the wok, toss together quickly.
- Remove from heat and serve.
